– that the consumer, when creating an order by pressing the CONFIRM button, assumes the obligation to pay for the ordered goods;
– that the conformity of goods to the contract is EXCLUSIVELY determined according to the properties and purpose of the goods as defined by the corresponding Declaration;
– that the website balavander.com is obliged to deliver goods that conform to the contract. If the delivered goods do not conform to the contract, the consumer who has notified the seller of the non-conformity has the right to request the seller to remedy the non-conformity, free of charge, by repair or replacement, or to request a price reduction or to terminate the contract with regard to those goods. All costs necessary to bring the goods into conformity with the contract, in particular the costs of labor, materials, collection and delivery, are borne by the website balavander.com. The website balavander.com is responsible for non-conformity of goods to the contract that appears within 2 years from the date of transfer of risk to the consumer.
– that in case of receipt of goods that the consumer does not wish to keep, they have the right to withdraw from the contract and refund in the amount of the paid purchase price for the goods in question, within 14 days in the manner as defined.
– that for goods ordered through the ONLINE store, the consumer has the right to file a complaint for an already used product, in the manner defined for goods purchased through the ONLINE store.
Conversion Statement
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD).
For informational display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used.
The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction.

In case of return of goods and refund
to the customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, regardless of
the reason for return, balavander.com is obliged to make the refund exclusively
via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, which means that the bank at the request of
the seller will make a refund to the cardholder's account.
