Product pickup is only possible by prior arrangement with the seller, through the official communication channel.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
Delivery of products you ordered through our online store is carried out by courier service in the territory of the Republic of Serbia or other countries. The courier service that performs delivery is Post Express due to the safe and economical way of delivering packages.
DELIVERY TIME
The shipment to your address is delivered by Post Express couriers in the period from 8am-6pm.
Please ensure that during this period there is a person at the address who will receive the shipment.
If you are unable to do so, the order will wait for you at the nearest post office for a maximum of 5 working days.
Important:
If the deadline for receiving the shipment expires and your shipment is returned, you will no longer be able to place orders on our website.
If you notice that the shipping box is significantly damaged and suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately.
If the shipment appears to be undamaged, feel free to accept the shipment and sign the delivery note for the courier.
PAYMENT METHOD AND DELIVERY PRICE
Cash on delivery payment at the time of delivery to the address specified when ordering.
The delivery price for orders over 3000.00 din. is free.
Free delivery is not possible if combined with different coupon codes for discounts.
For other orders, the delivery price is formed according to the courier service price list.
