Our refund or exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the purchase of the product, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange of the product.<\/p>\n

In order for us to be able to grant you a product exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.<\/p>\n

In order to be able to replace the product, it is necessary to attach a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you an email and inform you about the received product. We will also notify you if the exchange and refund has been approved or declined.<\/p>\n

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, balavander.com<\/a> is obliged to make refunds exclusively through VISA, EC\/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the account of the card user at the seller's request.<\/p>\n

The buyer pays the postage for returning the product.
